Artwork Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to accurately photograph and describe each artwork. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions. Original artwork may feature visible texture, brushwork, and natural variations inherent in handmade work.

Please review the listed dimensions, materials, and framing details before purchasing. Frames and decorative objects shown in room mockups are not included unless expressly stated in the listing. Refer to the listed dimensions when assessing artwork scale.

Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable sales tax where required. Any additional shipping, delivery, or installation charges will be disclosed before purchase.

Full payment is required before artwork is shipped, delivered, or released for pickup, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

By placing an order, you confirm that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments may be processed through secure third-party providers subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Prices may change for future purchases. If an artwork is unavailable or a listing contains a material error, we will contact you before proceeding. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Shipping, Local Delivery, and Pickup

Available fulfillment options and charges are displayed at checkout or agreed upon in writing before purchase.

Shipping for artwork requiring special packaging or freight services may be quoted separately. Any additional charges will be communicated and agreed upon before the order is finalized.

Complimentary local delivery is available only when expressly offered for the artwork and delivery location. Installation is included only when specifically stated.

Local pickup and delivery require a scheduled appointment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

We will ship artwork within the timeframe stated at purchase, or within 30 days if no timeframe is specified. If we cannot meet that timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice of agreeing to a revised shipping date or canceling for a full refund.

Returns and Order Issues

All original artwork sales are final for change of mind. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to changes in decorating plans, personal preferences, or desired artwork size.

If artwork arrives damaged, is incorrect, or materially differs from its description, please contact us promptly through our website, ideally within 48 hours of receipt.

Include your order details and photographs of the artwork and packaging. Please retain the original packaging so we can investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

The requested reporting timeframe does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Copyright and Reproduction

Purchasing original artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless expressly transferred through a separate written agreement.

Purchasers may display and resell their physical artwork but may not reproduce it for prints, merchandise, licensing, or other commercial purposes without written permission.

All original artwork, photographs, website images, and written content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized commercial reproduction or use is prohibited.

Commissions and Custom Projects

Commissioned artwork and mural projects are subject to separate written agreements outlining project scope, payment schedules, revisions, delivery, cancellation terms, and other relevant conditions.

The terms of those agreements govern the respective custom projects.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including social media platforms and payment providers.

AJ Claire Studio LLC does not own or control these third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
